Do you adore oatmeal but do you have an issue with time in the morning, or not be able to wake up and snooze a little further like me so you end up with 20 minutes to eat, shower and do your make up?

Than I am going to make you very happy because I have the ideal recipe to make in the early morning when your time is limited.

You will need the following:

Soy milk or yoghurt

1 apple

1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to fix this?

This overnight oats recipe is very easy to create and is actually already finished before you think about it. Depending on whether you like yoghurt or milk you can choose what you think suits your needs the best. As I am not a huge fan myself I replace it often for rice milk or coconut-milk. I first wash the oats carefully as they are always extremely dirty in my opinion. If you cleaned them properly you put the milk, cleaned oats and cinnamon in a glass. You can now put it in the refrigerator to let it stay for about 12 hours. If you wake up the next morning you can add the apple (because the apple get bad really fast) and you can mix it together.

Y voilà, that is literally everything.

I am sure that you’ll like this as the taste is delicious, it is healthy and it is stomach filling.

If you like you can replace the apple with the cinnamon for berries or a different fruit of your choice.
